The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Global Services C-17 Support Equipment Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Software & Hardware Development and Support Team is seeking an engineer to enhance and sustain ATE systems. This position will focus on improving the existing Teradyne Spectrum series test station and providing ongoing technical support across software and hardware domains.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry or Experienced Levels - Design and Analysis Engineer (Electronic Sys Design & Analy).
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Long Beach, CA facility.
Position Overview:

Initiative: Takes prompt, proactive action to meet and exceed objectives.
ATE Knowledge: Operation, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ATE and TPS.
Engineering Analysis: Electrical/avionics/system-level analysis and test-based engineering judgment.
Hardware/Software Integration: Ability to design and integrate hardware and software into reliable systems.
Requirements & Traceability: Derive, allocate, and maintain traceability of system, sub-system, and software requirements across the product lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities:
Define, analyze, validate, and verify requirements for ATE enhancements
Develop, test, and qualify modifications to the Teradyne Spectrum test station and related Test Program Sets (TPS)
Provide technical troubleshooting and corrective actions for ATE system issues
Qualify alternate devices and support TPS development and maintenance
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supplier Teradyne to integrate hardware and software solutions and ensure system performance
Produce and execute test procedures, document results, and support configuration and release activities
Export Control:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
School or intern experience testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment
School or intern experience reviewing specifications or requirements documents
School or intern experience with programming in high order software languages
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
2+ years’ experience testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment
2+ years’ experience testing and troubleshooting ATE systems.
Experience reviewing ATE specifications and requirements.
Experience programming in C (LabWindows/CVI), LabVIEW, TestStudio, Visual Basic, and JavaScript (preferred).
Hands-on ATE development and sustainment experience
Experience with Teradyne Spectrum series equipment

Summary pay range for Early Career (Level 1): 76,500 – 103,500
Summary pay range for Associate Level (Level 2): 94,350 – 127,650
