We are looking for a Depositary Oversight Specialist, Associate 2 who will be reporting to an Officer within Depositary Oversight in Kilkenny.
This full-time position offers an opportunity for the successful candidate to have a significant role in the Depositary department. This role will be based in our Kilkenny office.

Reporting to an Officer in Depositary Oversight, this position is an opportunity for a suitable candidate to gain exposure to all areas of Depositary Oversight.
Previous experience in the industry would be a distinct advantage in addition to strong technical IT skills.
As a Depositary Oversight Associate, you will be involved in:
Complete reviews in line with allocation.
To ensure timely and proper completion of tasks.
Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements.
Review of portfolio of funds to ensure compliance with Regulatory investment restriction and borrowing power limits on a daily and monthly basis.
Ensuring breaches are rectified in a timely manner on the regulatory log once resolved.
Responding to client queries in accordance with department requirements.
Testing of compliance monitoring systems and reporting thereon.
Review of Fund NAV component including distributions and performance fees paid by funds that they are being processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and fund documentation.
Assist with review of the operational departments in order to ensure funds are being administered in accordance with fund documentation/Regulations.
Escalating issues to senior management.
What we value:

Fund accounting or previous Depositary/Trustee experience preferred.
Knowledge of the Funds Industry preferred.
Excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Possess excellent organizational, planning and co-ordination skills.
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to escalate where appropriate.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Degree level at any discipline or equivalent.
