Leidos is seeking a skilled Dependency Manager to join the Programme Management Office (PMO) of a major programme. This key role will take ownership of both contractual and internal dependencies, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidate will operate within a structured contractual framework, proactively identifying and managing risks that could impact programme outcomes.

Clearance Required: This role will require attainment and maintenance of SC clearance

The role:

  • Manage, track and coordinate dependencies across internal workstreams and external contractual obligations to ensure alignment with programme milestones.
  • Develop and maintain a dependency register, providing visibility and clarity to senior stakeholders.
  • Assess and highlight risks associated with dependencies, escalating issues promptly and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with programme leads, suppliers, and partners to ensure contractual commitments are met and integrated into delivery plans.
  • Support governance processes within the PMO, ensuring dependency management aligns with programme controls and reporting standards.

What does Leidos need for me?

  • Proven experience in dependency management within large, complex programmes or projects.
  • Strong understanding of contractual frameworks and the ability to manage obligations across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to tracking and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with PMO Governance processes, reporting standards, and programme controls.
  • Excellent risk management skills, with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks related to dependencies.

Location: This is a Hybrid role. This role will have an element of working from home or Leidos Facility, with frequent travel to customer sites in the South of England.

Pay Range:

£44,400.00-£56,900.00
