Demand Planner

Reporting to the Manager of Demand Planning, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop a consensus forecast and translate it into a detailed 24-month operational forecast. You will focus on understanding volume drivers to improve forecast accuracy and highlight risks to support action plans that ensure plan delivery. You will leverage your analytical expertise to convert insights into value-added actions that drive business results.

Your Impact

  • Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecast consensus process by partnering with sales, brand, supply chain, and finance teams to gather forecast inputs.

  • Work with production planning and deployment teams to translate consensus forecasts into operational forecasts for the entire network.

  • Ensure successful execution of customer promotions through planning and applying customer event inputs.

  • Engage in forecasting new item launches from ideation through production.

  • Facilitate communication of forecast changes and ensure timely updates to all partners.

  • Report on forecast accuracy and lead continuous improvement of forecasting processes, tools, and systems.

  • Support the annual planning process for designated brands.

  • Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision-making.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes and the downstream impact of demand planning.

  • Experience refining and maintaining advanced consumption/shipment machine learning or statistical models.

  • Strong analytical skills and foundational statistical knowledge.

  • Proven experience leading projects.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including advanced Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables).

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
