We are currently hiring a Demand planner analyst - M/F. This is a permanent, full time position.
Role/Purpose:
The demand planner analyst oversees the promotional operations of the demand planning activities. customer and vendor demand to develop and fine tune forecasts.
You’ll be reporting directly into the Netherlands Senior demand planner NL Haleon Consumer Healthcare and you’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing the demand planning process within the S&OP process in the market.
Responsibilities :
- You’ll be responsible for setting up the demand forecast per customer group, while at the same time supporting the process from a supply chain perspective. - You’ll work very closely with the key account managers, sales- and marketing department, the finance- & operations team and the Northern Europe S&OP team to create and maintain the demand/ promotional activities plan and to support the S&OP process.
- You’ll be required to organize and support monthly S&OP meetings with several stakeholders, like the sales- and marketing team, category management, NRM and Finance team, the local- & central S&OP team and with our key customer contacts to get insights in the latest developments, to identify changes vs previous updates and to identify potential risks and opportunities.
This is a great position for someone with drive and attention to detail. Optimizing the forecast accuracy, improving the promotional planning process, and driving the process of commercial supply/demand reconciliation to reduce the out-of-stock- and obsolete risks are key deliverables. Next to that in this position you will be the key stakeholder for optimizing the customer demand and supply collaboration.
Key skills required: -
Minimum 3 years of working experience in demand planning
Good in building relationships (internal and external)
Strong collaboration skills
The demand planner constructively challenges sales/marketing/finance to achieve accurate and robust forecasts
Strong analytical skills and detail orientated.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Dutch and English is a must
Advanced level of SAP knowledge, especially APO
Works independently
