Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager will help drive the growth of Neuberger US Intermediary business through advanced digital strategies, data-driven insights, and innovative multi-channel campaigns. This senior leader will work with the broader marketing team to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience with understanding the behaviors and preferences of Financial Advisors along with digital, analytics and technical background to best coordinate across the key marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies.
  • Deliver channel/segment specific digital engagement strategy, that leverages real time analytics to optimize impact
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop detailed customer personas and help tie behaviors to recommended actions.
  • Report on campaign performance and ROI, making data driven decisions.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the company’s brand, products, and value proposition within the US Intermediary market.
  • Leverage analytics to assist in content development to improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, sales, and content teams, to innovate and refine marketing strategies.
  • Help improve and demonstrate effectiveness of lead scoring system.
  • Demonstrate expertise in marketing tactics and digital channels — including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and the financial services sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles; securities or financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of email best practices (deliverability, spam compliance, formatting, A/B testing, trigger, drip and welcome campaigns, benchmarking & performance analysis).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, AEM), CRM programs (Salesforce), and digital analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience delivering performance reports to senior leadership.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
