The Position
The Demand Fulfilment Planner supports end-to-end fulfilment planning activities and assists in managing customer orders to ensure smooth and timely supply to partners. This role focuses on maintaining order accuracy, coordinating fulfilment schedules, monitoring stock availability, and supporting routine supply planning activities. The planner will work closely with Alliance, Market Supply Chain Operations, Order Management and Site teams to achieve service excellence and demand fulfilment efficiency.
Responsibilities
Fulfilment & Order Management Support:
Monitor and coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support fulfilment planning by consolidating partner forecasts and aligning with internal supply plans.
Track order status, shipment timelines and proactively highlight potential delays or issues.
Work closely with Order Management and Shipping Documentation teams to ensure orders and system transactions are up to date.
Support escalation and communication of order-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
Supply Coordination:
Assist in ensuring sufficient supply for confirmed orders through timely communication with site planners and regional fulfilment teams.
Support preparation of reports related to supply status, OTIF performance, and allocation when required.
Alliance Partner Planning Support:
Collaborate with Alliance teams on routine order and supply updates.
Support data collection and maintenance of partner’s replenishment and order information.
Assist in preparation of monthly or quarterly review decks and performance summaries for Alliance partners.
Systems & Process Excellence:
Maintain data accuracy in SAP and IBP
Ensure order parameters and product master data are accurate and up to date.
Participate in system or process improvement initiatives, user testing and data validation when required.
Reporting & Administrative Support:
Generate routine reports on order fulfilment, delivery performance, and supply status.
Support the preparation of documentation for audits, governance, and KPI reviews.
Maintain clean and organized records for assigned partners and products.

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or order fulfilment preferred.
Experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP, IBP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong aptitude for supply chain operations are welcome to apply.
