Job Description: Services Delivery Readiness Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Services Delivery Readiness Manager to ensure the successful launch and ongoing delivery of services offerings by preparing teams, processes, and tools for optimal execution. In this role, you will act as the critical link between product management, service delivery, and operations teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and ready to deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of operational readiness, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Readiness Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and implement service delivery readiness plans for new and updated services offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, operations, sales, and training) to ensure alignment on delivery requirements and timelines.
  • Identify risks and dependencies for delivering services and coordinate mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Act as the central point of contact for readiness activities, facilitating communication between product development, service delivery teams, and customer-facing teams.
  • Ensure all relevant teams are informed, trained, and equipped to deliver new or updated services.
  • Partner with sales enablement to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge and tools required to position and sell services effectively.

Process and Tool Optimization:

  • Assess and enhance existing processes, workflows, and tools to ensure they support efficient delivery and scalability of services.
  • Work closely with operations teams to define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service delivery.
  • Drive the creation or enhancement of tools, templates, and resources to support delivery teams.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Collaborate with training and enablement teams to create and deliver training programs for delivery teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure internal teams have the resources and documentation required to execute services effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for services delivery readiness and provide ongoing support to teams.

Performance Monitoring and Feedback:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of services delivery readiness initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from delivery teams and customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize readiness processes and outcomes.

Change Management:

  • Manage the rollout of changes to service delivery processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Communicate changes and updates effectively to all relevant teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, product readiness, or a related role.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and operational readiness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
    • Familiarity with service delivery models, customer experience principles, and operational best practices.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
    • Knowledge of change management frameworks is a plus.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered.     USD Annual Salary: $119,500.00 - $275,000.00
