Delivery Project Manager

Position Summary
The Delivery Project Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering high‑impact product solutions that support business objectives and meet customer needs. This role oversees the full product lifecycle—from concept and strategy through execution, delivery, and optimization. It requires a blend of strategic product vision, strong delivery management, and exceptional cross‑functional leadership. This is a full‑time, office‑based position, requiring on‑site collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
Delivery Management
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact delivery or product success.
- Ensure structured execution using Agile methodologies and delivery best practices.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and delivery updates across the organization.
- Ensure alignment and transparency with stakeholders through structured communication.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, driving continuous improvement.
- Iterate on product features and delivery processes based on data‑driven insights.
- Enhance team collaboration, efficiency, and execution quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in both product management and delivery/project management roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic direction with hands‑on operational execution.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
