Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Delivery Lead – Vice President, reporting into senior technology leadership within Global Technology Services (GTS). This is a hands-on senior delivery role that partners with development managers, architects, and business leaders to define and execute the technology product roadmap across domains in financial services.

What you will be responsible for

As a Delivery Lead – Vice President, you will:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in applications delivery of SDLC, PDLC and Augmented AI based delivery of technology solutions, providing senior techno‑functional leadership to delivery teams.
  • Lead client requirement gathering, analysis, and market research to define industry‑leading technology roadmaps.
  • Drive complex projects and programs aligned with business strategy and regulatory commitments.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
  • Provide expert guidance during design reviews and product demonstrations, emphasizing simplicity, scalability, and functional clarity.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services domains.
  • 10+ years of professional software design and development experience.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting finance and treasury platforms using C#/.NET, Java/J2EE, MS SQL Server, and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl).
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulatory reporting requirements.

Additional requirements

  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional processes and complex project timelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow‑through, and time management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Visio experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to support domestic or international travel and extended working hours during critical delivery periods.

Work Requirement

  • Hybrid working model in line with Global Technology Services policies.
  • Flexibility to support global teams, including core and extended business hours.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $217,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
