What your role and typical day might look like

We’re on the search for an extraordinary, multi skilled Project Manager to join on a fixed term basis into late 2026 to help us deliver experience led technology transformation within a large and complex enterprise environment. You’ll be responsible for working closely with a cross functional team, client stakeholders and users to help identify the value and benefits that the work will deliver. This goes beyond your typical project scoping and planning, it’s about bringing the right people together to plan and run workshops, it’s helping to shape the user stories and priorities for the team, ensure progress is visible and tracking to plan and to ultimately add value to the project team by establishing clear goals, milestones and achievable objectives.

Leaning on your delivery experience with enterprise, cloud-based software, you’ll have the ability to set up and manage projects, bring a strong consulting mindset to help shape and drive the work forward, and be able to identify and navigate dependencies within the wider programme. It’s a multifaceted, highly collaborative role that helps customers realise the benefits of connected customer experience by seamlessly blending business needs and technology capabilities together to make a real difference.

Responsibilities include

  • Planning and managing delivery using agile techniques and frameworks, ensuring delivery of quality products and user experience, utilising tools such as story mapping, PI planning, workshop facilitation and other activities to ensure success and identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification
  • Lead, manage and support project team/s to successfully deliver to key milestones, business goals and product outcomes within scope - on time, budget and standard
  • Manage and develop stakeholder relationships, through effective communication, documentation, negotiation and issues management
  • Implement continuous monitoring, evaluation and improvement of all aspects of the delivery

A bit about you

  • Experience in a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Product Manager or similar capacity. Qualifications/certifications in business analysis, agile project management and/or product management are a bonus
  • Experience working in an agile environment, ideally with a Consulting or Professional Services firm delivering digital technologies at an enterprise level
  • A sound understanding of SDLC, organisational change and human centred design methodologies
  • A self-starter and confident communicator with facilitation and presentation skills - as you’ll be bringing customers along the transformation journey
  • A problem solver – organised, analytical and naturally curious
  • Strong English language skills, written and verbal as you’ll be leading workshops, engaging stakeholders and creating project documentation along the way.
  • Salesforce CRM delivery, Azure DevOps and financial services experience is a bonus
