This position is located in HCMC, Viet Nam. You’ll be working closely with manufacture partners business teams across Nike source base, along with our cross functional teams in World Headquarters (WHQ) and Asia including Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Material Sourcing, Product Creation Center, Trade Finance, Product Supply Chain, Geography Inventory Planning, and Logistics teams. You will work alongside other Delivery Excellence Analysts (DECs) in multiple regional offices to drive problem solving, project development and socialization plans. You will report to Delivery Excellence Manager in support of partners' operation excellence and other priorities aligning to greater organizational strategy.

In this role, you will focus on capacity planning, delivery management, and driving operational continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses advanced analytical skills and a strong command of data interpretation, with the ability to create compelling visualizations and transform complex data into actionable business frameworks. Familiarity with manufacturing operations and production planning is preferred.

You will be a collaborative team member with a strong sense of urgency, inspiring confidence and supporting managers in guiding the team to embrace challenges and continuously develop.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science & Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with a solid understanding of supply chain or manufacturing environment.
Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc is a must.
Advanced analytical and statistical skills, with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering actionable insights.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive initiatives from planning through successful execution.
A detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational capabilities, and a high degree of self-motivation.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Cultural agility and experience working across diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills in English-verbal, written, and visual.
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills are a plus.
In this role, you will oversee factory supply performance for Always Available programs, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate across teams, leverage data analytics, and lead process improvements to ensure timely execution and deliver actionable insights for better business decisions.
Monitor factory supply plans, production, capacity, and delivery performance for Always Available programs; assess risks and ensure smooth, on-time execution.
Support decision-making to expedite resolutions and optimize marketplace coverage through effective order prioritization and excess raw material management.
Collaborate on purchase order processes and resolve operational issues (e.g., GAC changes, AF, buy issues, shipment diversions, cancellations, finance, logistics, packing/labeling).
Coach and mentor factories to identify and implement opportunities for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) optimization.
Leverage data analytics and technical expertise to initiate and lead continuous process improvement projects.
Transform complex data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions.
Continuously learn and apply new skills (e.g., data analytics and visualization tools, presentation, and storytelling techniques).
