You will work on high‑impact assignments where financial insight, strategy, and execution come together to support businesses. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Senior Associate to join our Deals & Strategy, BRS team in Athens, who will:
Help clients improve performance and deliver their strategic plans through business planning and performance monitoring tools
Be actively involved in financial turnaround projects, from building financial models to supporting negotiations with key stakeholders
Support clients in managing liquidity through cash flow forecasting and short‑term funding assessments
Analyze financial statements to identify risks, value levers, and operational improvement opportunities
Preparing clear, high‑impact client deliverables and management presentations
Supporting client interactions, proposals, and business development activities
Coaching and reviewing the work of junior team members
What you bring matters
Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university relevant to any of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline
3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within:
Deals and Turnaround or performance improvement teams, consulting
Banking or financial advisory with experience to restructuring
Strong grounding in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation
Proven experience in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and business analysis
Solid understanding of restructuring concepts, performance improvement levers, and value drivers
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Greek
Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA or in progress) are considered a strong advantage
Extensive knowledge of applicable valuation techniques, accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts) and understanding of related risks in the applicable financial statement areas
Analytical thinking and strong financial acumen to solve complex problems
Confident and positive attitude
