As a Negotiator/Engagement Partner at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of sales activities, leading complex negotiations and closing multi-million-dollar deals with major enterprises. This role offers the chance to shape opportunities and engage in groundbreaking negotiations with top executives, including CxOs. You will leverage insights from our pricing experts and apply your expertise in pricing and commercial strategy.
You will drive success for our core and strategic accounts by creating compelling, customized proposals aligned with market demands and client requirements. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders to compile bid documents and technical solutions. Your exceptional deal-making skills will shine as you define winning proposals and lead end-to-end execution of complex transactions.

Your primary responsibility will be to finalize, refine, and own proposal documents, presenting technical content and designs professionally and concisely. You are highly skilled in your work and have accumulated the necessary experience to prove it. Advanced expertise in industry-specific solutions and demonstrable knowledge of sales methodologies.
Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals.
10 years of experience leading client negotiations.
Having network/connection in Banking and/or Financial industry
Japanese language proficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience in selling technical solutions.
