Job Description

The Deal Desk Specialist (SMB & Mid-Market) supports Snap’s sales team by reviewing and approving pricing requests in line with established guidelines and SLAs. This role ensures accurate deal structuring, compliance, and timely turnaround to help sales move quickly and efficiently.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to validate deals, manage documentation, escalate exceptions, and track key performance metrics while maintaining audit readiness.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Review and process SMB and Mid-Market pricing requests from sales teams in line with established guidelines and guardrails.
  • Support field sales operations by providing timely and accurate deal approvals to enable faster customer responses.
  • Serve as the primary contact for deal-related questions, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Validate submitted deal structures for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before approval.
  • Track and monitor deal desk activity to ensure adherence to SLA timelines.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to resolve pricing discrepancies or exceptions.
  • Escalate non-standard deal requests to the appropriate leaders for review and approval.
  • Maintain accurate records of deal approvals and communications for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist with reporting on deal desk metrics such as turnaround time, request volume, and compliance rates.
  • Provide general operational support to the field sales organization as needed to improve deal execution efficiency.
  • Manage the accurate execution of agreements and documentation of those agreements in Snap systems in a manner to support future audits.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in deal desk, pricing, sales operations, or contract administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in pricing and approvals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work within CRM/sales tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
