Sales Administration Lead – Deal Desk

Your Role
Act as a key commercial partner for complex, non-standard enterprise deals, including large ARR,
multi-year, global, and strategic customer agreements, within established pricing and approval
frameworks.
Structure and review enterprise deal components involving custom pricing and discounting, enterprise
licensing models, and bundled software, services, and support offerings, escalating exceptions as
required.
Support deal governance processes by applying and maintaining pricing guardrails, approval
workflows, and deal playbooks, ensuring consistency across regions and segments.
Model deal economics and communicate commercial considerations (margin, payback, CAC/LTV,
ramp) to Sales and Finance partners to support informed decision-making and revenue recognition
alignment.
Partner with Legal to ensure commercial terms comply with company policies, contractual standards,
and risk guidelines, identifying potential issues for escalation.
Contribute to commercialization and monetization initiatives (pricing updates, packaging changes, SKU
rationalization) by providing analysis, recommendations, and execution support.
Analyze deal data and trends related to discounting, win/loss outcomes, and competitive positioning,
sharing insights with stakeholders to improve deal quality and outcomes.
Collaborate across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Services to facilitate
approvals, resolve issues, and keep complex deals moving forward.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
8+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Pricing & Monetization, Revenue
Operations, Finance, or Sales Operations within enterprise B2B environments, or equivalent
experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting complex, non-standard enterprise deal structures (beyond
transactional SMB pricing).
Strong working knowledge of enterprise pricing models, discount governance, and commercial
trade-offs.
Solid analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess variable factors and
communicate implications to cross-functional stakeholders.
Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, Finance,
Legal, and Product teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical discipline; advanced
degree a plus.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience using Salesforce, CPQ, and deal approval workflows; familiarity with quote-to-cash
processes.
Background in enterprise software, infrastructure, embedded systems, telecommunications, or
industrial software.
