The DCX Community Center Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Community Center, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-coordinated environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role serves as the primary onsite operational point of contact, managing facility access, coordinating space availability through the coworking booking platform, and processing client shipment requests. The position also supports operational reporting, incident tracking, and general facility-related support to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy of records, access logs, shipment documentation, and facility reports necessary for smooth and compliant Community Center operations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and visitors in a professional and approachable manner.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve onsite operational issues promptly and efficiently, including scheduling conflicts, access concerns, and shipment discrepancies, with a focus on positive outcomes.

  • Time Management: Manages multiple concurrent operational tasks—including facility oversight, booking coordination, and shipment processing—prioritizes effectively, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Platform Technical Proficiency: Ability to independently navigate coworking booking platforms, access control systems, and facilities management tools, championing data accuracy, confidentiality, and availability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Oversee daily operations of the Community Center to ensure facilities are functional, organized, and operating in accordance with established standards and policies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite operational issues, coordinating resolution and escalation as needed.

  • Provide general operational support to employees, clients, and approved visitors using the Community Center.

  • Maintain accurate records of access requests and changes in accordance with security and governance requirements.

  • Support incident response by documenting and escalating access-related or onsite security concerns.

  • Coordinate workspace, room, and facility availability through the coworking booking platform.

  • Monitor usage to ensure fair access, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support optimal utilization of Community Center resources.

  • Provide guidance and assistance to users on booking procedures and platform usage.

  • Process inbound and outbound client shipment requests, ensuring proper documentation, handling, and coordination with carriers.

  • Track shipment status and maintain accurate records of deliveries and dispatches.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely receipt and distribution of shipped items.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: College degree in IT, Computer Science, and Business Administration, or any related field. 

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in facilities operations, office operations, community management, or a related role.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work in Philippine time operating hours 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and software 

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:     

  • Experience working with access control systems, booking platforms, or facilities management tools is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: Php 30,000 

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT (PH)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (PH)
