As a DC Manager (Logistics Manager), you will lead end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure on-time, accurate, compliant fulfillment across Stock & Sale, Spare Parts, and Service Materials. You will drive operational stability and continuous improvement while embedding Quality, EHS, and GDP/GMP requirements into daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end DC operations including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Control
- Ensure SLA adherence, cut-off compliance, and stable same-day/next-day shipment execution (including cold chain handling where applicable)
- Own inbound governance: receiving schedules, ASN control, GR/putaway accuracy, and coordination with transportation/3PL partners
- Own outbound execution: shipment prioritization, exception handling, and error reduction to improve OTD and order accuracy
- Drive high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, discrepancy management, reconciliation, bin governance, and root cause investigations (RCCA/CAPA)
- Ensure strong EHS, Quality, GDP/GMP, and corporate compliance across DC operations; maintain audit readiness and follow-up actions
- Lead and develop the workforce: shift planning, training/qualification management, performance coaching, and safety culture
- Monitor and report KPIs (e.g., OTD, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, labor/OT, cost metrics) and execute corrective actions
- Drive productivity improvement through PPI/Lean/Kaizen/5S and data-driven operational analysis
- Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives including WMS optimization, facility layout redesign, and process standardization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, QA, EHS, Commercial, Finance) and external partners (carriers, 3PLs)
Qualifications (Must Have)
- 8+ years of proven experience leading warehouse/DC operations (end-to-end) with strong execution discipline
- Hands-on capability in inventory control (cycle count, discrepancy reduction, bin/location governance)
- Working knowledge and practical application of EHS and Quality requirements in operations
- Strong ability to manage operational KPIs and drive improvements through structured problem-solving (RCCA/CAPA)
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams/shifts and building a performance & safety culture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal + 3PL/Carriers)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in regulated environments such as GDP/GMP, cold chain, hazardous goods handling
- Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean/Kaizen/PPI with measurable outcomes
- WMS user-level expertise and experience in WMS optimization, slotting, layout redesign
- Experience with multi-site operations or matrix stakeholder environment
