What You'll Be Doing
Operate motor grader to maintain and repair haul roads and work areas.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Safely maneuver equipment in active plant and quarry environments.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate motor grader and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong awareness of safety standards and hazard recognition.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
Frequent climbing on/off equipment and walking on uneven surfaces.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching.
Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Must comply with all company safety and operational policies.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
