Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive to eliminate unsafe situations or practices observed with department.
- Following work instruction document, standard operating procedures and standard works
- Assembling product using specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings
- Perform inspection of in-process and finished product.
- Daily Schedule adherence.
- Understand the performance metrics, safety metrics and practices for your team/department.
Experience, skills & abilities required:
- Demonstrates good attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately and is comfortable using a computer, including e-mail.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, however, is not essential.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
