The Position

This role is crucial in ensuring the availability of data to drive submission content automation and readiness for future data submissions. You will perform business analysis on dossiers to understand data needs, working with SMEs and System Owners to confirm and request access.

This is a temporary, fixed term position through 12/31/2026

The Opportunity:

As an integrated part of the data team, your main focus will be supporting data readiness and structured content management according to global objectives.

  • You support the achievement of project goals by identifying data issues and coordinating with Data Engineers to ensure timely delivery.

  • You contribute to the development and adaptation of data extraction models within an international and digital organization.

  • You are responsible for ensuring data traceability from source data to Regulatory information and performing high-level quality checks.

  • You prepare and communicate data status, coordinating faithfully with System Owners and Data Teams on a regular basis.

  • You create structured recommendations and data status reports to support decision-making for Roche’s digital platforms.

  • You drive data readiness while expanding your professional network and developing your individual career path at Roche.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in the field of communications, digital media, information management, or similar and have experience working within the Life Sciences Industry.

  • You are characterized by an analytical mindset, a high level of social competence, and are able to accurately record and efficiently communicate in English.

  • You are well known for your strong attention to detail, excellent data analysis skills, and your independent, yet collaborative working style.

Preferred:

  • Candidates with knowledge of copyright and data privacy laws are encouraged to apply.

  • A strong understanding of the environment combined with the ability to define strategic goals and to achieve them with a high level of initiative complete your profile.

  • You possess excellent organizational and time management skills and the flexibility to occasionally support urgent requests outside of standard business hours.
