Role Overview
As a Data Operations Analyst at Broadridge, you’ll ensure the integrity, quality, and accessibility of critical financial data powering our platform. You will build scalable data pipelines, drive automation, and collaborate across teams to deliver accurate insights that enable smarter financial decisions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute data quality checks, analysis, and anomaly detection to maintain high data standards.
Build, maintain, and optimize reusable data models, mappings, and processing workflows.
Manage configurations for the paging platform — overseeing scheduling, access control, and validations.
Collaborate with internal teams to define data formatting, transformation, and reporting requirements.
Conduct QA on data transformations and validate accuracy through SQL-based investigations.
Support financial reporting, audits, and ad hoc analytical requests.
Automate recurring technical operations and support integration or testing of new systems.
Maintain thorough technical documentation and communicate operational insights to leadership.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in data operations, analysis, or similar role.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science (or equivalent training and experience).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced FinTech environment or any equivalent.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Skills & Tools
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, MS Access, Grafana).
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building skills.
