We have an exciting opening for a position to join our RockONE business transformation programme. ROCKWOOL has launched the global RockONE programme to harmonise business processes, systems, and data. As a workstream lead, you will help move ROCKWOOL into our unified future. RockONE is a key business transformation initiative, and you will collaborate with colleagues across functions, regions, and business units to deliver strategic projects in a multicultural environment.

 

What you will be doing:

As Data Structures Lead, you will own and drive a cross‑functional workstream responsible for defining, governing, and improving enterprise data structures across domains serving the programme.  

The Lead will manage the workstream roadmap, projects, and stakeholder alignment to enable trusted, reusable, and scalable data supporting future harmonized business processes. This role spans across master data, reference data, data models, dictionaries, and metadata standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms and products. You will work closely with data domains, Programme Office, Business Process teams, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure data structures support the overall business capability model and corporate‑wide process design.

 

In this role you will :

  • Lead the data structures workstream

  • Drive data modeling and standards across domains

  • Enable data management and compliance across domains

  • Collaborate and drive engagement with stakeholders across data domains

  • Provide cross-functional leadership and mentoring

 

You will bring:

  • 7+ years in data modelling, data architecture or master data management

  • 3+ years leading cross-functional data initiatives or workstreams

  • Hands-on experience designing enterprise data models and implementing MDM practices.

  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration, management and communication skills.

  • Strong project-management expertise incl. Agile delivery and backlog management

  • Strong data engineering concepts; familiarity with data platforms and tools (e.g., Informatica)
