Key Expectations

• Analyze extensive data sets to extract valuable insights.
• Plans, coordinates, and supervises all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational data science, ETL, reporting and analytics.
• Formulate and manage data-driven projects to advance the business’s interests
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions based on data insights, gather data requirements, communicate findings and offer actionable insights based on analysis.
• Guide and support less experienced team members
• Assess the effectiveness of predictive models
• Explore new techniques and contribute to data science advancements
• Take charge of end-to-end data science initiatives
• Communicate impactful insights to senior management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with commensurate level of work experience
• Extensive knowledge of different programming languages, machine learning algorithms, and big data tools
• Expertise in applying advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Fabric and Power BI
• Proficiency in using advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets

Work Conditions

• Must work in office 3 days per week
