The Data Analyst supports all divisions of Career Development including, but not limited to including Strategic Operations, Grad Success, Advising, Industry Outreach, and Alumni Relations by delivering accurate reporting, insights, and project support. Successful Data Analysts balance task execution with ownership of strategic initiatives, providing insights with data-driven insights to guide institutional priorities, accreditation, and operational implementation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Behave as a Full Sail University ambassador and embrace our unique educational model, while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and compliance.
•Report directly to the Data Team Manager, maintaining consistent communication on priorities, timelines, and progress.
•Collaborate across Career Development divisions and leadership levels with flexibility, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach that supports both daily operations and long-term departmental growth.
•Collect, clean, analyze, and validate data to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and integrity.
•Deliver accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports that meet deadlines and support accreditation requirements, departmental initiatives, and operational needs across Career Development divisions.
•Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate trends, patterns, and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
•Manage and maintain ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met while balancing daily operational tasks.
•Support daily initiative workflow/campaign reporting and outreach operations (creating, loading, troubleshooting, and maintaining).
•Assist in the implementation, support, and maintenance of existing and new systems for Career Development.
•Build, share, and maintain department CRM reports that support Career Development teams.
•Ensure compliance in gathering and reporting data points required for accreditation purposes and institutional projects.
•Monitor graduate employment data, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to support advising and leadership decisions.
•Support department survey response management, analysis, and reporting.
•Prepare and archive data for third-party verifiers and audits.
•Produce reports such as: Top 10 Employers, productivity metrics, and international placement tracking.
•Manage and validate entertainment industry credits for alumni and program recognition (e.g., Oscars, Grammys).
•Embrace change and evolve with the department’s growing needs by demonstrating adaptability, openness, and a forward-thinking mindset in all projects and initiatives.
•Perform all job functions on-campus in Winter Park, FL, shifts may include nights and weekends.
•Perform other duties and assignments as directed by Career Development leadership.
Other Responsibilities:
•Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Career Development and the university.

Education and/or Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field).
•Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles required.
•Experience in higher education or student services a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None required.
Computer Skills:
•Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Anthology CampusVue, Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and Zoom.
•Familiarity with both Microsoft Windows OS and Mac OS.
•Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages a plus.
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
