Review documents and work with engineering to provide feedback to customers. Process required documents for customers, material impact and coordinate inputs into established documents. Manage BOMs structure and entries. Support document control activities outlined in the quality systems procedures.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Analyze and process Engineering Change Notice (ECN) forms

  • Enter, log, distribute and maintain database with detailed information of all ECNs

  • Provide follow-up regarding engineering changes

  • Oversee Manufacturing Requirement Product (MRP) systems processes including but not limited to Bill of Materials (BOMs), work orders, job orders, etc.

  • Complete Engineering Change Request (ECR) reports and others as required

  • Continually review ECN process to implement improvements

  • Revise ECNs to expedite processing where necessary

  • Review drawings and BOM’s for accuracy

  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combined education and experience

  • Prior design engineering experience in a related industry, preferred

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, strong analytical, scientific, technical, problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with a “root cause” driven approach to solutions

  • Ability to create detail, assembly, and layout drawings are a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workload demands
