Make an impact as a Data Management Intern:
The Sales Excellence team empowers Mastercard’s global sales organization by providing the tools, training, insights, and communications they need to succeed. We leverage varying platforms—including Salesforce, Microsoft Copilot, analytics tools, content management systems, and other AI‑powered sales technologies—to streamline workflows, enhance seller productivity, and drive operational excellence.
The Data Management Intern will play a hands-on role in advancing the adoption and effectiveness of the tools and technologies used globally by Mastercard’s sales organization. You will assist with technology implementation, data analysis, AI agent development, training and enablement, and sales application support—gaining real-world experience at the intersection of sales operations, data, and AI-driven productivity tools.
Program Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Dec 2026 or beyond
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Business Management preferred
Strong communication skills, balancing detail orientation with concise summaries
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI) is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce and AI tools is a plus

Compensation: $25 - $32/hr

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
