  • Build and operate secure file transfer and application-to-application (A2A) messaging solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Ensure reliable, high-throughput, and compliant data exchanges for internal systems, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

ETL/ELT & Cloud Modernization:

  • Modernize legacy ETL/ELT pipelines and migrate workloads to cloud-native integration patterns and services.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to establish scalable ingestion, transformation, and synchronization workflows.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency on cloud platforms.

Integration Platform Engineering:

  • Contribute to the design and development of reusable integration frameworks, standards, and patterns used across the enterprise.
  • Improve platform reliability, observability, and operational automation through monitoring, alerting, and health dashboards.
  • Implement secure connectivity patterns including VPN, Direct Connect, private endpoints, and secure protocols.

Automation & Self-Service Enablement

  • Build automation for provisioning, deployment, configuration, and monitoring of integration services.
  • Develop self-service capabilities for data onboarding, file transfer setups, connector provisioning, and pipeline execution using API-driven workflows.
  • Enable policy-based automation for access controls, lifecycle management, compliance, and governance.

Operational Excellence

  • Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and transfer issues across systems and environments.
  • Partner with Production Support & SRE teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and recoverability of data transfer services.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, dashboards, and knowledge artifacts for enterprise adoption.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work with application teams, data engineering, cloud engineering, security, and external partners to ensure seamless data movement and integration experiences.
  • Communicate technical solutions, integration patterns, and best practices to both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building self-service integration capabilities and reusable frameworks.
  • Exposure to event-driven, streaming, or message-based architectures.
