The Data Insights Lead is a senior technical and people leadership role responsible for building and scaling trusted data, reporting, and analytics capabilities that support operational decision making across Canadian Operations. Lead the delivery of trusted, scalable operational reporting and analytics across workforce, productivity, backlog, SLA, FTE, and cost metrics.
Build and maintain curated data models, semantic layers, and reusable reporting assets that enable a single source of truth.
