Job Description Summary:
The Enterprise Data Intelligence and Analytics team at Rocket Software delivers enterprise data platforms, tools, and analytical capabilities that empower data-driven decision making across the organization. The Data Engineer III is responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, building robust data models, BI dashboards and supporting the development and deployment of predictive analytics solutions. This role combines strong data engineering fundamentals with exposure to applied data science, contributing to feature engineering, model integration, and production data workflows, while ensuring data quality, performance, and alignment with enterprise data architecture standards.What You will Do
Build and maintain robust data models/ pipelines using Fivetran, snowflake and dbt etc.
Develop governed BI dashboards using Looker, Power BI or similar tools
Design and deploy predictive AI/machine learning models using Python and/or Dataiku, snowflake
Perform feature engineering, model validation and performance monitoring
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
Required Qualifications and Skills
3-5 years of experience working in data/analytics engineering or related field
Strong SQL and data modeling experience with dbt and snowflake
Experience building dashboards in Looker, Power BI on similar tools
Experience developing predictive AI/ML models using python, Dataiku or similar tools
Nice to Have
Exposure/experience with Dell Boomi, snowflake or Dataiku Gen AI Agents implementation
Exposure/experience with churn, propensity to buy or revenue prediction use cases

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
