About the Role

The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the firm’s data platform, supporting data integration, analytics, governance, and advanced insights initiatives. This India-based role supports a global firm and collaborates closely with stakeholders and technology teams across the United States, United Kingdom, and India.

This role requires strong expertise in data pipeline engineering, data modeling, cloud-based data architecture, and governance-aware design. The Data Engineer will build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes, design data warehouse and data lake architectures, and ensure that data across core systems—including Salesforce, Certinia, ERP systems, Microsoft data platforms, and other enterprise applications—is accurate, secure, and analytics-ready.

The role will also support data transformation initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem, including platforms such as Microsoft Dataverse and related Microsoft data services, enabling seamless integration between operational systems, analytics platforms, and automation tools.

As the firm continues to mature its data ecosystem, this role will serve as a foundational engineering position with high growth potential. The Data Engineer is expected to actively participate in solution design, propose scalable architecture decisions, and ensure that data solutions align with security, compliance, and long-term strategic objectives.
