Data Engineer (Coalesce Experience)
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite- 5 Days a week)
We are currently seeking a talented Data Engineer with Coalesce & SQL experience to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about data and eager to contribute to innovative projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- SQL Expertise: Utilize strong hands-on experience with SQL to optimize queries, perform complex joins, and implement window functions.
- Data Transformation: Leverage Coalesce for efficient data transformation and building robust data products.
- Process Implementation: Implement and maintain processes for data product loading and building, ensuring high data quality, reliability, and performance.
- Snowflake Proficiency: Work extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics needs.
- Data Ingestion: Handle source data ingestion and manage frameworks for data product loading.
- ETL/ELT Processes: Design and implement ETL/ELT processes while adhering to best practices in data warehousing.
- Data Handling: Work with structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, Parquet, and CSV.
- Data Quality Management: Apply techniques for data quality, reconciliation, and validation to maintain high standards.
- Version Control and CI/CD: Use version control and CI/CD practices to enhance code management and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.
- Experience with Coalesce in data transformation.
- Solid background in implementing data product loading processes.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Familiarity with structured and semi-structured data.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns and concepts.
- Knowledge of data quality and validation techniques.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
The base salary range for this position is $ 73,000 to $84,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
