As part of our new Data Management Office, you will design and manage our enterprise-wide data domain model, ensuring semantic consistency and enabling seamless collaboration between business and architecture.
You’ll collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured data models. By developing and maintaining meta models, you’ll define relationships between data elements and systems, supporting data governance and quality initiatives. Your work will enable effective data management and integration across platforms, making trusted data the foundation for performance, compliance, and AI adoption at scale.
What you are going to do
Do you have a passion for creating structure and consistency in enterprise data? We are looking for a Data Domain Modeler who will design and manage our enterprise-wide data domain model, ensuring semantic consistency and enabling seamless collaboration between business and architecture.
Design and maintain data domain models to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
Develop and manage meta models that define relationships between data elements and systems
Support the business with lineage and linkage expertise, providing guidance on data flows and relationships
Act as blueprint owner and gatekeeper for the enterprise data marketplace, overseeing the metadata model and collaborating with stakeholders
Oversee contextual discussions on definitions and business terms, acting as the authority for changes and alignment

Salary between €5363,- and €7661,- depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve data quality across complex environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
Deep understanding of IT and data domains, including governance and compliance principles.
Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to convey complex topics clearly.
Proactive and results-driven mindset, focused on delivering reliable and consistent data.
