Customer Training Specialist

Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

TouchBistro is looking for a Customer Training Specialist to partner closely with Sales to ensure smooth and successful customer launches. In this role, you’ll guide restaurant teams through hands-on training that helps them confidently use TouchBistro POS and Payments within the context of their unique operations. You’ll play a key role in setting customers up for long-term success by simplifying complex workflows, answering questions in real time, and ensuring teams feel supported from day one. Your focus on service excellence will drive strong product adoption, boost customer confidence, and help create loyal customer advocates.

Your Impact

  • Project manage the implementation, configuration, and training of TouchBistro’s POS system for new customers
  • Build trust with restaurant operators by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions
  • Partner with internal teams including Install, Product, Development, Sales, Support, and Customer Care to deliver timely implementations and represent the customer voice
  • Deliver clear, comprehensive training on TouchBistro features and functionality
  • Identify and recommend upsell opportunities during implementation
  • Support customers for long-term success and help turn them into TouchBistro advocates

What You Bring

  • You have 2 or more years of experience in project management, onboarding, or customer success
  • You stay organized and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • You communicate confidently and explain complex concepts clearly
  • You build rapport quickly with restaurant teams, including owners
  • You set clear expectations and keep stakeholders aligned
  • You are excited about TouchBistro’s mission to reinvent the restaurant experience
  • You are fluent in Spanish Nice to have

Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth. The final offer amount for this role will depend on geographical region, applicable experience, and the skillset of the candidate.

Salary Range
$65,000$75,000 CAD
