Job Responsibilities:
Perform break-fix support for servers, networking, and storage hardware, including components such as power supplies.
Install, configure, and test hardware to meet operational requirements (limited to physical tasks such as racking and cabling).
Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues efficiently.
Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
Monitor data centre infrastructure around the clock and respond quickly to alerts and incidents.
Manage daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with business, security, and regulatory standards.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Methods of Procedures (MOPs) at all times.
Maintain precise asset and inventory documentation to support audits and capacity planning.
Track and evaluate data centre performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
Support and lead small-to-large scale projects, including migrations and expansions.
Requirements:
Diploma and above in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
2 years’ experience in a similar role in Data Centre or Critical Infrastructure
Flexibility to support 24x7 operations, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Communicate effectively in English and Thai
