This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for the ongoing support of Cencora's global portfolio of Data Centers.
Business as Usual (BAU) & IT Supported Projects
• Coordinating equipment installs, decommissions and changes
• Responding to Incidents, Requests and Change Activities
• Coordinating site resources to support break/fix efforts
• Manage DCIM and ensure accuracy of inventory
• Manage power, cooling and floor/Rackspace
• Providing project support
• Audit/Compliance
• Approving and providing Data Center Access
• Emergency Support
• Provide after-hours and emergency support (On-Call Rotation)

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Extensive relevant Data Centre Engineer work experience.
Relevant certification is required.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.
Experience technically leading teams
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline
