Data Analytics Analyst 2

Overview of Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding data situations and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription, patient and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.).


Job Responsibilities:

  • Composes client-facing communications based on information collected regarding various data situations
  • Under supervision and following SOP’s, identifies the details needed for each communication
  • Provides verbal communication on weekly call with Client Service to explain data situations
  • Under guidance, responds to questions about the data situations
  • May identify opportunities for changes/updates to existing SOP’s

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field(s)
  • At least 2 years’ experience with communications
  • Experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,)
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills
  • Ability to present results to customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business
  • Knowledge of industry and an understanding of the marketplace
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up in Mckinley, Taguig
  • Amenable to work on night shift schedule
