What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Data Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets using SQL and create impactful visualizations with Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and design data-driven solutions
Deliver best-practice recommendations on advanced analytics and reporting
Present findings and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
Continuously improve processes and promote data literacy across the organization

We’re looking for someone who:
Is a self-starter with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Communicates confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Thrives in collaborative environments and builds strong relationships
Demonstrates leadership qualities and takes ownership of projects with enthusiasm
Additional required skills include:
7 years of professional business experience, 3 of those in business intelligence or data analysis.
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Experience with BI platforms such as Qlik and Power BI
Familiarity with data marts and handling large-scale datasets
Background in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
Knowledge of Snowflake architecture and ability to query data using SQL or Python

*The typical hiring range for this position starts at 77 000.00 usd per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
