Data Analyst, Enterprise Performance

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Data Analyst, Enterprise Performance, to join the Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE) within the Technology, Innovation, and Data (TID) organization. In this role, you will support the Manager, Enterprise Performance Analytics in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data products and performance insights that inform decision-making across Finance, Commercial, and Operations. This role will also support executive leadership and property leadership teams through the delivery of executive-ready reporting, performance measurement tools, and decision-support analytics.

As a key partner to the Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help translate business questions into meaningful reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and analytical insights that improve visibility into business performance and support strategic decision-making. You will bring together strong technical skills, analytical rigor, and business acumen to help drive operational excellence and strengthen enterprise-wide analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate is curious, highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about turning data into actionable business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the development and ongoing enhancement of enterprise performance reporting that brings together commercial, operational, guest experience, and financial KPIs into clear and actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to align business requirements, support shared analytics priorities, and deliver consistent, high-quality reporting solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools with a strong data product ownership mindset, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making, improving visibility into business performance, and supporting adherence to data governance standards and policies.
  • Analyze complex cross-functional data sets and turn findings into clear insights, trends, and recommendations that highlight business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses, executive-ready summaries, and presentations to support leadership discussions, business reviews, and transformation initiatives.
  • Support reporting automation and continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance insight generation through modern analytics tools and AI-assisted capabilities where appropriate.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities to help embed analytics into everyday business processes and improve the overall user experience of reporting products.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance analytics, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, or a related analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that enable business decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of Python and modern analytics platforms such as Databricks or similar environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and translate it into meaningful insights and practical recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify solutions, deliver results, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build strong working relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of hospitality business operations and performance drivers, or experience in a hospitality or service-focused environment, is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs or large cross-functional initiatives is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools in an Agile environment.
  • A passion for turning data into impact, with a mindset rooted in curiosity, adaptability, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 CAD

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week at our temporary 20 York Mills Road, Toronto, Ontario location with travel, as needed, to our the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
