The Data Analyst, Commercial Analytics partners with business units to deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. This role combines strong technical skills in data modeling and visualization with applied analytics techniques to support forecasting, performance optimization, and harmonized reporting across global regions.
How you’ll make an impact:
Analytics & Modeling
- Build curated data sets and semantic models in Snowflake to enable self-service analytics.
- Apply statistical methods and basic machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, clustering) to analyze market trends, pricing, and customer behavior.
- Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
Reporting & Visualization
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reporting processes and integrate predictive indicators into business performance dashboards.
- Provide guidance on ad-hoc reporting and data interpretation for business analysts.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Maintain and enhance competitive market models to assess pricing and share dynamics.
- Consolidate external and internal data sources for comprehensive market insights.
- Support account-level competition tracking and harmonization across regions.
Strategic Planning Support
- Deliver data-driven inputs for strategic planning cycles, including trend analysis and risk assessment.
- Standardize planning templates and reporting processes across regions.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Ensure consistency in analytics frameworks and reporting standards across regions.
- Act as a resource for regional teams, providing training and best practices in analytics and visualization.
What you'll need:
- Strong prior experience in analytics or business intelligence within a multinational or regional context preferred.
- Proficiency in English
