$62,623.97 - $85,000.00This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

• Analyze structured data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision making
• Partner with business and product teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
• Validate data accuracy and explain results in simple, business friendly language
• Support ad hoc analysis requests and operational reporting needs
• Use AI tools and natural language prompts to analyze datasets and answer business questions
• Translate business problems into clear analysis questions and effective prompts
• 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles
• Hands-on Working knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Basic experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and insight generation
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to explain data driven insights to non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
• Exposure to Python or notebooks for data analysis
• Experience working with product, operations, or business teams
• Understanding of data quality, data validation, and governance basics
