Salary range is:

$62,623.97 - $85,000.00

This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support data-driven decision making across business and product teams. In this role, you will analyze structured datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, build dashboards and reports, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics and KPIs, support ad hoc reporting needs, and leverage AI tools to enhance analysis efficiency. Exposure to Python and a foundational understanding of data quality and governance are a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Analyze structured data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision making
•    Partner with business and product teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria
•    Build dashboards and reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
•    Validate data accuracy and explain results in simple, business friendly language
•    Support ad hoc analysis requests and operational reporting needs
•    Use AI tools and natural language prompts to analyze datasets and answer business questions
•    Translate business problems into clear analysis questions and effective prompts

 

Requirements:

•    1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles
•    Hands-on Working knowledge of SQL and Excel
•    Basic experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
•    Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and insight generation
•    Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
•    Ability to explain data driven insights to non-technical audiences

Nice to Have
•    Exposure to Python or notebooks for data analysis
•    Experience working with product, operations, or business teams
•    Understanding of data quality, data validation, and governance basics
