CACI is seeking a candidate to support a government customer analyze and monitor systems for PII, identifying privacy gaps, recognizing incorrect security protocols, performing analytics for metric reporting, and auditing large datasets. The candidate will apply advanced analytical, tools and technical skills to mitigate, contain, and provide data-driven insights to inform incident response strategies.

 

Responsibilities shall include the following:


Analyzing large datasets to identify potential privacy breaches and detect anomalies in data access patterns

Collaborating with incident response team members and cross functional teams to investigate and respond to privacy breach incidents

Conducting data analysis and providing recommendations to inform incident response strategies

Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate metrics and trends to stakeholders

Informing team on emerging threats, technologies, and developing trends in data privacy management

 

Required Background / Skills:


Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in computer science, data science or related field

Strong programming skills in languages that can support rapid data analysis such as Python or SQL

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience working with large datasets and data management systems. such as relational databases or NoSQL databases

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to situations with urgency and accuracy

 

Desired background and experience:

Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field and two years­ of experience

Experience working in a cloud-based environment. such as AWS or other relevant systems

Experience reviewing server logs and using analytical tools, including AI, to detect incidents

Certification in Incident Response such as the EC-Council Certified Incident Handler (ECIH), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), or equivalent.

Experience in formal modeling, and computational and social science.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$120,800 - $265,800
