Job Description

This role is individually accountable for developing and implementing adhoc and regular reports and dashboards. Additionally, performing data extraction, manipulation and descriptive/ exploratory data analysis and reports to the Product Owner, Human Capital.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Data Analysis
• Reporting
• Support the Occupational Health and Safety Management Team
• Stakeholder engagement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis

• Extracts data from Workday and Other Internal data sources.
• Performs data manipulation and descriptive/ exploratory data analysis
• Performs data quality checks and validates results
• Analyses data to support business requirements

Reporting

• Builds dashboards and reports to support business people decisions
• Interprets and analyses data, providing insights
• Maintain library of Dashboards
• Prepare dashboards and insights for Divisional and Exco Reporting

Experience:

• 2 years' experience in a similar type role, preferably in the Human Capital/ Human Resources environment
• Exposure to Claude preferred

Required Qualifications:

Information Technology/ Computer Science /Statistics degree or diploma
