What you will find

As a D365 Business Analyst, you will be part of the Functional Team for the Order Fulfilment workstream and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external partners. In addition to core business analysis and testing activities, the role also includes responsibility for support activities, contributing to solution quality and stability across releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Analyst within the Order Fulfilment (OF) workstream, managing end-to-end processes including sales orders, project creation, delivery, invoicing, and closure;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and Functional Leads to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications and process designs;
  • Support solution design and configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, working closely with Solution Architects and technical teams;
  • Manage change requests and enhancements, ensuring traceability across the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment);
  • Contribute to testing (system, integration, UAT) and produce documentation, training materials, and test evidence in line with governance standards;
  • Support application operations by analyzing incidents and service requests, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and increased test automation.

Essential requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), preferably in Project Management and Accounting, Service Management, Project Operations, or related modules
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including solid experience with UML modeling techniques and tools
  • Experience across the full solution lifecycle: requirements analysis, functional design, testing, documentation, deployment, and support
  • Experience using SQL to analyze data, validate business rules, and support data-driven decision making
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clarity PPM (project planning, time reporting, financial tracking) within ERP-supported delivery processes
  • Certification or proven experience with test automation tools (Leapwork preferred)
