Cybersecurity Program Manager (Government)

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site.

The Cybersecurity Program Manager will provide overall guidance to the team and will be the primary interface between the government and the contractors.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

   This professional is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a group of related projects, focusing upon the execution of tasks per the Statement of Work.  This leader must take a broad view, ensuring multiple projects are aligned with business goals and deliver timely value to the client.

The individual performing tasks must meet or exceed the following qualifications:

1. Have earned and maintain either the Project Management Professional (PMP) or the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and a minimum of seven (7) years’ total project management related experience with 3 years of experience as a Program Manager supporting a “large” civilian or governmental program.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the Cybersecurity industry to include policies and procedures, technical standards, and methods.

3. Minimum of 7 years’ experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools.

4. Minimum of 7 years’ experience coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, team members.

5. Minimum of 7 years’ experience with general management and auditing techniques for identifying problems, gathering, and analyzing pertinent information, forming conclusions, developing solutions and implementing plans consistent with management goals.

6. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning, managing, and providing guidance on Systems Engineering and Data Analysis tasks.

7. Minimum of 7 years’ experience and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies.

Desired Qualifications:

Nice to have qualifications are:

• Familiarity and / or experience with:

  + Agile development methodologies

  + Scrum Master duties

  + Jira or similar activity / task tracking tools

  + Splunk, network traffic data flows, cybersecurity activities

  + Briefing senior government leadership.

Our Cybersecurity Program Manager's earn between $98,100 - $200,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
