The opportunity:
The Cybersecurity Program Lead is responsible for creating, reviewing, editing, and maintaining high‑quality documentation to support business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements. This role ensures that all documents are accurate, consistent, user‑friendly, and aligned with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines. Also, to work as a Scrum Master for the project execution.
How you’ll make an impact:
Create clear, concise, and well‑structured documents such as procedures, manuals, work instructions, SOPs, policies, reports, training materials, and customer documentation
Translate complex technical or operational information into easy‑to‑understand content for target audiences
Develop document templates and standard formats to ensure consistency
Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, formatting, and consistency
Ensure documents comply with organizational, industry, and regulatory standards
Validate technical content in coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs)
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in documentation processes and recommend improvements
Continuously improve documentation standards, style guides, and writing practices
Support knowledge management and organizational learning initiatives.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or a similar role
Experience in regulated environments (ISO, IEC, ITIL, Cybersecurity, quality systems) is an advantage
Familiarity with style guides and documentation standards
Experience creating customer‑facing or compliance‑driven documentation.
