Who we are looking for

State Street seeks to recruit an Officer to support the execution of regulatory and audit interactions for the Cyber Defence Center and to assist with the production of a proactive, agile and responsive future ready and well-prepared approach for demanding regulatory requests.

The objective of this role is primarily to support the cyber audit process by providing analysis, preparing documentation and ensuring timely completion of audit related tasks. The position requires project management and stakeholder engagement to ensure that regulatory interactions are considered, comprehensive and culminate in consistent messaging.

Essential Functions: 

  • Attend regular meetings as a representative of the CDC and coordinate with regulators, auditors, internal GCS teams and other key stakeholders to provide regulatory feedback and key findings.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to promote relationship building and knowledge sharing, with a goal of implementing a more integrated approach to regulatory requests.
  • Manage repository of regulatory/audit requests, responses and observations.
  • Identify gaps or opportunities to ensure future readiness for audit preparation and engagement.
  • Work with Manager to review and update documentation or processes as needed.
