Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months  

  • You will lead out Deloitte’s CXO Transition Lab programme, liaising directly with the business and clients to provide impactful, professional and high quality lab experiences

  • You will be the key point of contact who guides the business in leveraging this key relationship asset and ensuring the client feels prepared and supported during the process

  • You will also lead the firms Client Feedback Programme where you will liaise directly with LCSPs, account teams and senior business leaders across Business Units, sectors and industries; as well as interacting directly with clients.

What type of work will I be doing?
 

CXO Transition Labs

  • Facilitate and manage external stakeholder interactions

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the CXO Transition Labs are set up for success

  • Review of lab materials before issue to facilitators in advance of the lab

  • On the day lab management ensuring a high quality, impactful experience for the client

  • Oversee production of high quality lab report and ensure issued on a timely basis to the client

  • Provide ad hoc lab support and guidance to the business

  • Ongoing training & development of junior colleagues
     

Client Feedback

  • Manage and facilitate external stakeholder engagement

  • Champion the voice of the client internally, driving increased participation and supporting the business to engage with the programme

  • Responsible for consistent management of the Client feedback process  including the tracking of metrics and qualitative insights to share with the business

  • Documentation of all feedback interviews, including collation of key themes and focus areas highlighted in a client feedback account report

  • Preparation of bi-annual client feedback reports and presentation of insights to a variety of senior leadership groups

The time allocation between the two roles may flex at times in response to demands from the business, but is expected to be in the range of 60%-40% between CXO Transition Labs and the Client Feedback Proggramme.

Who is the Hiring Manager?

  • You will report in under the Head of Sales Enablement working closely with the Client Programme Lead.

Where is this role based?
