The Customer Vice President (CVP) leads all aspects of sales execution to deliver revenue, profit and share targets for annual operating plan for the Walmart Deli business. This individual is the voice of the customer/sales and is the functional leader on the business unit leadership team.
Additionally, the CVP owns the co-development of all future sales strategies and tactics, including Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing. Other accountabilities include customer demand planning, innovation delivery, and annual trade planning.
This position reports directly to the Area Vice President and develops a team comprised of Customer Sales Leads, Customer Sales Managers, and Customer Sales Analysts. In addition to direct full-time employees, the team also has cross functional roles to include Finance, Category Leadership, Supply Chain, eCommerce and Shopper Marketing.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$220,800.00 - $276,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
