Whilst the role is advertised as full-time, we can offer flexible working arrangements for this role, such as hybrid working, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.
We are looking for a Customs Operations Associate who owns all customs operations for the customers. The role is part of a wider team based in Czechia.
Main job responsibilities
Perform customs operations and customs clearance processes implementation,
Collect data and create necessary reports,
Manage Value Added Services operations, including Trucking, Customs House, Brokerage (CHB), Warehousing and Cargo-Insurance, on a daily basis,
Planning and procurement of VAS as per customer requirements,
Cooperate closely with all internal and external customers,
Manage relevant import-export documents,
Communicate with customs authorities.
Who we are looking for:
Experience in managing import/export operations is a plus
Good communications skills in English language, Czech language should be at mothertoungue level
Proactive and structured, with a focus on reaching set business goals
Solution oriented, willing to learn and highly responsible and able to create and maintain a good working environment
